Abstract and Research Question
Research Question: How does the closure of Downing Street affect the relationships between Clark University and Main South?
Abstract: Students conducted interviews and surveys of Clark students, employees, faculty, staff of organizations in the city of Worcester, leaders of religious institutions in Main South, and Main South residents. They also conducted an observation of a Worcester Public Works Committee Meeting. The collected data suggested that this isolated event will not affect the positive, long-standing relationships between Clark University and Main South. Students identified that the main issue regarding the closing of Downing Street was the lack of communication between the University and the local community.
