This binder consists of the reports prepared by inspectors who were sent to perform follow up, after receiving news, on the regions where Armenians had been transported during the deportation of 1915. The inspections of Adana, Marash, Deir Zor, Damascus, Diyarbekir and the district of Malatya along with the inspections of the County Executive of Kahta and records revolving around the murder of Nesim Bey are found here. The correspondence which has "Ministry of Interior Directorship of Public Safety" in the letterhead contains three sections and is not signed. The first section describes two young Armenian girls who live with Firuzan Bey. The second section describes the urgent need to deport the foreign Armenians in Aleppo [Halep] to the County of Bab immediately. Meanwhile the third section describes the Armenians who will be occupied with agricultural pursuits.

States that there isn't enough strong evidence to give credence to the rumor that an individual, whose name is not being revealed, obtained personal illegitimate gain by working in concert with others. However, the investigation continues and the conclusion will be communicated separately.

Inspector Mazhar Bey explains that he has completed his work in Sivas, Kharpert [Elazig - Elazığ] and Diyarbekir [Diyarbakır] and that due to the harshness of the winter season he will be unable to travel to Trabzon, Erzurum and Samsun.
