Abstract
An overview of five religious movements (Seventh Day Adventist Church, Spiritualism, the Christadelphians, the Pentecostal Church of Latter Rain, and New Thought) as they appeared in Worcester, Massachusetts. All of these movements, with one exception, originated in New England within the seventy years preceding this thesis.
