Summary

Since Capanoglu [Çapanoğlu] and his friends who are under arrest in Yozgat are accomplices of the County Executive Kemal, Gendarmerie commander Tevfik and Foundations Official Feyyaz Efendi who are being prosecuted in the Yozgat deportation trial should be transferred to Istanbul in order to prevent their escape from justice.
