In the writings, as a matter of general state policy, Ottoman citizenship is described through examples of treatment extended to non-Muslim segments of society, meanwhile touching upon the deportation from Yozgat. Additionally, in this section, there are two letters that were sent to the Jamanak newspaper for publication, by Armenian women from Ankara.
