Abstract
Julie Hewitt is an Associate Director for Economics, US EPAs Office of Water, and Former Staff Economist, President's Council of Economic Advisers. Dr. Hewitt has a PhD from the University of California, Berkeley. She is an expert in the economics of water and water quality, and has overseen a wide range of analyses that seek to understand how people are affected by changes to US waters.
