This talk was given as part of the inaugural conference of the Mosakowski Institute for Public Enterprise, the theme of which was 'University Research and the American Agenda'.
The Mosakowski Institute focuses on creating an integrated, responsive behavioral health system of care that promotes Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) and fosters resiliency among adolescents and young adults, particularly among young men of color. This talk was given on November 14, 2008.
