Summary

Earl Davis delivered at least one sermon prior to enrolling in the Harvard Divinity School in 1902. "The Church as a Social Institution" was given at the Congregational church in Freeport, Maine on July 21, 1902. Davis attached a note to this sermon (visible on the Sermons, -1902 page) noting this as his "first sermon preached".
