Description
Oral history interview with Sandra Meltzer. Sandra attended Clark University from 1957 through 1961 and majored in psychology. In her interview, Sandy shares her experiences of being a commuting student, and of being a woman in a predominantly male environment. Beginning in her sophomore year, Sandy worked full time at Clark while taking classes. Her work experiences were some of the highlights of her time at Clark, even informing her later career choice to become a computer programmer. Sandy’s advice to Clarkies – “embrace the challenges.”
