Abstract
In the pulsed field laboratory at Clark University, there are two systems used to study superconductors, one optimized for liquid helium, and the other for liquid nitrogen to lower the conductor's temperature into the superconducting state. The large pulsed field system has liquid helium and generates magnetic fields greater than 50 T. The small pulsed field utilizes liquid nitrogen and reaches ∼15 T.
