The English translation (done by Krieger) of the telegraph sent by the Erzurum Governor-General Tahsin Bey on 11 May 1915 as a response to Talat Pasha's telegraph on 10 May 1915, in which he debates the deportation of Armenians in his region; at the beginning of the telegraph there is also an explanatory note.
