"Graeme Rodgers is a senior researcher at the International Rescue Committee (IRC). Rodgers’ work with the IRC focuses on resettlement, asylum, and integration. His presentation will draw on a recent survey of refugee resettlement practitioners from across the U.S. with lived experience of forced migration and share some surprising findings of “compassion-related factors” relevant to refugee resettlement work."
