The speech of Attorney Cesar Bonnet, published in La Renaissance on 3 May 1919, stating that it was necessary to try the CUP Headquarter members at the Military Tribunal for crimes against humanity.

The publication of the Military Tribunal's death penalty verdict of the CUP Central Committee member Bahaddin Shakir [Bahaddin Şakir] in the Takvim-i Vekayi; he was sentenced for managing and organizing the Special Organization gangs, who were made up of convicts released from prison, as well as ensuring the annihilation of Armenians with the instructions he sent during the Genocide.
