Please consult the index for full information]The testimony of Vehip Pasha, stating that the massacres had occurred; that the CUP and the CUP Central Committee had implemented the annihilation of Armenians in a planned and prganized manner; that the decision to do this was taken at the Central Committee's 1910 Congress in Thessaloniki; that religious and racist fanaticism played a role in the annihilation of Armenians; and that the massacres were carried out using the Special Organization gangs that were formed by criminals released from prison; Takvim-i Vekayi, number 3540, pg 5. Notes regarding the role of Bahaddin Shakir [Bahaddin Şakir] during the process of annihilation; and the fact that the annihilation of Armenians occurred with the orders of Enver Pasha.
