Abstract
In this article, the author, Jeffrey Jensen Arnett announces that he has signed a contract to serve a second term as editor of the Journal of Adolescent Research (JAR). In his second term, he will extend to the issues to be published from 2008 to 2010. Also, Arnett thought he would use this occasion to reflect on his experiences in editing JAR for the past 5 years and on the direction he expects for JAR during his second term.
