Despite being difficult to read, it appears to be a diary or similar type of notebook, dated 1863. There are some letters from the 1840 that were sent to a spiritual leader. Among the signatories are some spiritual leaders who carry the last name of Guerguerian (Bedros, Harutyun, Nazar).
