It responds to the telegraph dated 13 February 1919 [13 Şubat 335], and asks when the weapons of the Ankara Armenians had been confiscated; on what date the prisoners were released; and on what date the events brought about by this were carried out by the Special Organization; and who besides the Unionist Envoy Necati Efendi helped bring it about.
Regarding the submission of three portions of documents related to the Bogazlian [Boğazlıyan] and Kumkuyu atrocities.
Regarding the annihilation of a group of Armenian spies who had been convicted of treason, while they were being deported.
Regarding the deportation of 36 Armenians in the Bogazlian [Boğazlıyan] County's Yazicini [Yazıçini] village by 4 Gendarmerie officers; and regarding the fact that some of them had escaped and the rest killed.
