The decoded and "quite" urgent telegraph of Shehabeddin [Şehabeddin] on 12/13 July 1915 [9/10 Temmuz 331]. He mentions a telegraph that states that Armenian bandits had attacked the villages of Emir Bey and Dere Kaplanci [Kaplancı] near the central county.
