The photocopy of the news report, published in the Tercüman-ı Hakikat [Tercuman-I Hakikat] newspaper's issue number 14136 on 5 August 1920, stating that the Bayburt County Executive Nusret Bey was sentenced to death by the Military Tribunal on 20 July 1920.
