Summary
All of the Armenians in the subdistrict have been removed, only four or five families of tradesmen have remained and they have been converted [to Islam] and unmarried girls staying with those that who had extended charity, have been married off.
A commission was formed for the purpose of investigation and in order to uncover both local Armenians and those who have come from outside. A caravan was recently deported.
On the number of Armenian men and women who have been deported from Malatya along with the number who have been left behind because they are tradesmen and the follow up on fugitives.
News has been received that there are still quite a few scattered Armenian men and women about; they must be sent away at the latest in 1-2 days.
