Abstract
In organizations, effective project management is crucial to achieving business objectives. The ability to gain real-time insights from dynamic data across areas such as finance, resource allocation, and performance metrics can significantly enhance decision-making. Instead of relying on manual report generation, the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) can enable managers to access actionable insights instantly. AI-driven analytical tools provide live data analysis, allowing managers to make more informed and timely decisions. This is especially important when paired with Agile methodologies, as AI can help streamline processes, reduce manual effort, and maximize efficiency by automating routine tasks and providing predictive analytics. Our research aims to explore "How does the Integration of Artificial intelligence in agile methodologies beneficial and what is their role, impact in modern project management?". By focusing on how AI-enhanced tools can transform project planning, execution, monitoring and closure, we will examine both existing tools that use AI features and those that could benefit from further AI integration. The research will highlight how AI can support project management in key areas such as estimation, scheduling, resource utilization, risk prediction, and reporting. With effective AI implementation, project managers and leaders will have a deeper understanding of business processes, enabling them to make more strategic decisions based on comprehensive data insights. This will not only improve the reliability and quality of projects but also enhance risk management and decision-making, leading to higher standards and increased business opportunities. Ultimately, this paper will demonstrate how AI-driven project management can help organizations optimize their workflows, improve project outcomes, and drive long-term business growth.
