The telegraph sent by the 3rd Army Corps Commander Mahmut Kamil Pasha to the Sivas Province on 31 July 1915, stating that those who were hiding Armenians in their homes were going to be executed in front of their houses; the interrogation of the Sivas Chief of Police Rifat Efendi [Rıfat Efendi] regarding the deportations; encrypted written correspondences regarding the deportation of the Armenians in Besni and Kahta.

Vehip Pasha's testimony regarding the annihilation of Armenians; the telegraph sent to the Jerusalem Armenian Catholicos and Patriarch Sahak Efendi, stating that the Catholicosate had merged with Echmiadzin.
