Summary

After reading the signed deciphered coded message dated 4 August 1915 [22 Temmuz 1915] from Bogazlian [Boğazlıyan] Branch Office Chief Mustafa, he writes to Tevfik Bey that while the looting was taking place he had been in Akdagmadeni [Akdağmadeni] and that he had written letters stating that he needed to warn his superiors. He is asked what he can add to the topic.
