Course description
Nonprofit Management is a survey course designed to introduce the student to the broad categories of the field. Each week is spent on a topic of importance to the management of nonprofits and provides the student with a basic understanding of effective management and oversight. We examine the importance of leadership and leadership styles within nonprofit management, as well as the changing landscape within the nonprofit environment.
