Summary

In this document which has the characteristics of a report, he states that while weapons that are not even illegal have been collected from Armenians, the same has not been done of the Muslims, that the priests have been insulted and attacked and a village was entirely ransacked purportedly for the purpose of searching for thieves. The Governor of Kozan made statements that violated the brotherhood between two nations when sending the detainees from Zeytun to Marash [Maraş]. He made a show of the suspects and when an arrested Armenian was intentionally killed after being tortured, religious rites were not allowed to be performed on him.
