Summary

It was made clear earlier that the state had come to the decision to completely eliminate all Armenians fromTurkey, based upon the order of the Society. Anyone who does not follow this order will not be able to retain their connection with the official function of the state. Regardless of how difficult it is, ignoring any feelings of conscience, their existence must be terminated, including women, children and the disabled.
