Summary
In a telegram from Suleiman [Süleyman] Faik Pasha, commander of the Army Corps and deputy in charge of the Province, it states that the province and its attached areas have been emptied of Armenians and that it was his opinion that Inspector Nazim Bey had "Used the Armenian deportation to enrich himself. The copy of the telegram that is attached to the statement is from Suleiman [Süleyman] Faik Pasha.
