Summary
There are no Armenians left in Besni and Kahta and only a few in Akcadag [Akçadağ].
At most the Catholic [Pirots] are preferred; ten or fifteen craftswomen at most may be left behind.
Decomposed remains are found in various locations of Hisnimansur and Besni; this is counter to both the government's policies and also protection of health.
After the last announcement, none of the Christians are left…..
